During these difficult and ever-changing times Abbey have remained open through the pandemic, which is a credit to all of our employees.

Now that we have had time to reflect, we wanted to recognise people who had excelled during this difficult and dangerous time. This was extremely difficult as everyone had performed well and played their part in keeping the business open, however after much debate the following four people were identified;

Dave Neal

Instrumental in maintaining production continuity in the face of unprecedented challenges which required working extended hours during both the day and night.

Richard Shean

Great flexibility in working hours and support whilst issues with our steam generator were resolved.

Chris Anderson

Fantastic levels of positivity, organisation and communication during this period, keeping the shop floor processes going and morale up with less staff available staff.

Rob Brook

Flexibility and speed of work, keeping up with constantly moving goalposts in Government guidance and internal initiatives in relation to Covid-19, while maintaining high standards in all other areas of his responsibility.
