Amfin are pleased to announce that we are now signed up to the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter. Its intention is to create a more balanced and fair industry for women with the Charter reflecting the aspiration to see gender balance at all levels of a business. Currently 37% of our workforce are female, many of whom are employed in key roles within the business. Our intention is the continued progression and develop our all our staff whilst promoting gender diversity.
